Service fees will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of any work. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

• Government fees and charges are separate from our consultancy fees and are subject to change
• Refund policies will be communicated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of your application

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, DGIVC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Any denial or delay of a visa or immigration application by government authorities
• Changes in immigration laws, regulations, or government policies
